Before the call

No technical preparation is required before your discovery call. Bring your answers to these questions:

The discovery call 30 minutes

Sam will walk through your current setup, identify which agent addresses your highest-priority pain, and scope the proof of concept. By the end of the call you will have a specific POC plan and a data access checklist. That's your entire involvement in setup — Alexandru handles everything from there.

The 48-hour POC

Alexandru builds a working agent on a sandboxed copy of your real data. No IT resources required on your side. You see actual results — deflection rates, pipeline signals, or retention scores — before any commercial commitment. Nothing touches your production systems during the POC.

Day 45 — the payment trigger

Every Unify deployment starts with a free pilot. We build your agent on your actual data, run it, and deliver a results report. At Day 45 — after you've seen measurable deflection, pipeline lift, or retention improvement — the payment triggers. If the numbers aren't there, you owe nothing. We don't send invoices based on promises. We send them based on proof.

What you need to provide

After the discovery call, Alexandru sends a data access checklist specific to your agent. Below is the standard data requirement for each agent:

Agent What we need Format Who provides it
ATTRACT Prospect list + ICP description CSV or Apollo export Sales / RevOps
WELCOME Current onboarding checklist + product docs PDF or Notion link CS / Product
RESOLVE Last 90 days of support tickets CSV or helpdesk export Support / CS
GROW Product usage data + account list CSV or data warehouse export RevOps / Eng
STAY Customer health data + subscription records CSV or CRM export CS / RevOps

We sign an NDA before you share any data. All POC data is processed in an isolated, sandboxed environment that is entirely separate from production. See Data & Security for the full details.
