Three tiers: Starter (€1,500/mo + €3,000 setup, 1 agent), Growth (€3,500/mo + €5,000 setup, 3 agents), Complete (€6,000/mo + €8,000 setup, all 5 agents). All plans include a free pilot period and a Day 45 payment trigger — you do not pay until you have seen results.
You start the pilot, we deploy your agent, you review results at Day 45. If the agent has delivered measurable value — defined jointly during setup — the payment is triggered. If not, there is nothing to pay. No lock-in before results.
After Day 45, contracts run month-to-month. No annual lock-in required.
Yes. Most clients start with the agent that addresses their highest-priority pain and add agents as the first one proves value.
A working agent on your real data is ready in 48 hours from when we receive data access. Full production deployment typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on the complexity of your stack.
No. Alexandru handles all technical implementation. On your side, you typically need someone who can export a CSV from your helpdesk or CRM and share access credentials. We provide a step-by-step data access checklist after the discovery call.
Every agent has configurable confidence thresholds and escalation rules. Below the confidence threshold, the agent routes to a human. You can also set category-level rules — for example, always escalate billing queries regardless of confidence. Alexandru monitors deployment health and is on-call for the first two weeks of live deployment.
You can see the inputs, the outputs, the escalation rules, and the performance metrics. The internal model logic is proprietary. What you are purchasing is the result — measurable deflection, pipeline lift, or retention improvement — not access to the underlying model.
Within the EU/EEA by default. If your contract requires a specific data residency (UK, Switzerland, etc.), we accommodate that during setup.
Yes, before any data is shared. We also provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covering GDPR obligations. Both are available for review before your discovery call.
Not currently. We are a lean, early-stage team. What we provide instead is full contractual accountability through the NDA and DPA, complete data isolation per client, and sandboxed POC environments that keep your production systems out of scope entirely.
